Dr. Janda’s path to dentistry was less a decision and more a calling. While studying pre-med at Creighton University, he spent summers shadowing medical specialists, exploring where his future might lead. One conversation changed everything: a physician remarked that he might have chosen dentistry had he given it the same consideration as medicine. That insight prompted Dr. Janda to shadow his father—a longtime dentist—and step into the office as a summer assistant. It was there that dentistry came into focus as the perfect blend of hands-on skill, lifelong learning, creativity, precision, and compassion.

Growing up in a dental family, Dr. Janda witnessed firsthand both the challenges and rewards of private practice ownership. Family Sundays spent cleaning and decorating the office, paired with observing the dedication required to care for a community, left a lasting impression. Over time, he came to appreciate not only the clinical side of dentistry, but the profound impact a trusted healthcare provider can have on generations of families.
