We respect your time and ask that you return the courtesy. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 48 hours' notice. All late cancellations and no-shows will incur a $100 fee.

All payments are due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements are made prior to your dental treatment. In order to do everything in our power to deliver the best care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, we utilize software designed to request the most up-to-date estimates of coverage from your specific dental insurance plan. We take this extra measure to clarify coverage, but ultimately rely on the feedback from your dental insurance provider as to what your out-of-pocket costs will be for treatment. If coverage comes in lower than what that process estimates, give us a call and we’re happy to see what further information we can provide to help the process!
